It”s been almost 70 years since the ending of World War II, and few veterans from the war stay living now. Eventually, we as a nation must face the fact that everyone who was part of the “Greatest Generation” will pass away. A morbid idea, I understand, but at least they’ll be leaving behind mementos that can remind us of their courageous impact in history.
