The world is full of fitness-minded folks running around and training to achieve peak physical health. Since the obesity rate has skyrocketed in America, there’s been a drive for more action in our daily lives, especially with more fitness added to our schools” programs.
Maybe we all could learn from our past and take another look at the JFK Challenge from the 1960s. The President created these fitness challenges to stoke the fires of fitness in the hearts of teenagers of the time, and it definitely had excellent effects. The video below shows how different things were over a half a century past in the universe of youth fitness.
